Account Manager

Hello, Future Colleague!

• ALCOR is a team that helps IT product companies from Silicon Valley (USA) and Europe to hire software engineers in Eastern Europe.
• We are entering new markets and continuing to grow. That’s why we are looking for an Account Manager who will help customers fulfill their requests.
• Our clients: Grammarly, Globality, Ledger, ThredUP, and many others.

What tasks await you:

• To be a COO and Troubleshooter for our clients (from current daily tasks to help in the implementation of most unusual requests).
• Provide a full cycle of administrative support (through the coordination of Alcor’s internal departments).
• Establish and develop client relations – regular communication with the client’s local management.
• Quality and timing control of your own work and that of other departments.
• Monthly calculation of customer costs within Alcor.

Our ideal candidate:

• Customer-oriented, with a high level of empathy. Able to identify and effectively meet customer needs, exceed customer expectations, and provide WOW service. Has 2 years of experience working with clients (experience in IT or consulting will be an advantage).
• Knows English at the Upper-Intermediate level. How about you?
• Able to learn quickly. This skill is important for us, as there will be a lot of new information and not typical tasks.
• Has an analytical mind, not afraid to work with numbers, and has a good command of Excel.
  
• Ambitious – focuses on the result, wants to grow and develop.
