ALCOR is a team that helps IT product companies from Silicon Valley (USA) and Europe to hire software engineers in Eastern Europe.
We are entering new markets and continuing to grow. That’s why we are looking for an Account Manager who will help customers fulfill their requests.
Our clients: Grammarly, Globality, Ledger, ThredUP, and many others.
What tasks await you:
To be a COO and Troubleshooter for our clients (from current daily tasks to help in the implementation of most unusual requests).
Provide a full cycle of administrative support (through the coordination of Alcor’s internal departments).
Establish and develop client relations – regular communication with the client’s local management.
Quality and timing control of your own work and that of other departments.
Monthly calculation of customer costs within Alcor.

Our ideal candidate:
Customer-oriented, with a high level of empathy. Able to identify and effectively meet customer needs, exceed customer expectations, and provide WOW service. Has 2 years of experience working with clients (experience in IT or consulting will be an advantage).
Knows English at the Upper-Intermediate level. How about you?
Able to learn quickly. This skill is important for us, as there will be a lot of new information and not typical tasks.
Has an analytical mind, not afraid to work with numbers, and has a good command of Excel.
Ambitious – focuses on the result, wants to grow and develop.
