Career at ChromaWay
ChromaWay is a blockchain tech company from Sweden that has existed for more than 10 years. Our product is a relational blockchain architecture which has both the flexibility and power of a relational database, while security is put first. СhromaWay has been working with different institutions and big organizations, including the Swedish Land Registry and others.
We designed a new, ground-breaking Postchain technology and blockchain platform called Chromnia Originals, which started up in March this year. There is as yet no legacy code, so we welcome you to develop it with us from scratch!
Our goal is to build a fair and decentralized society where anyone can benefit from technology!

As a rule, the interviewing process at ChromaWay consists of 3 stages. After you send us your CV, we’ll invite you for an introductory call within which you’ll also discuss some technical questions with our Team Lead. Then you’ll get a paid test task, close to the ones you’ll face when you join us. If it’s needed, we will also conduct a short clarifying meeting after completing the task. At the last stage, you’ll meet with our CTO.
Your future working environment
At the beginning of 2022, we started working on our new product Chromnia Originals, so we need talented developers to bring it to life! This product is going to be split into 3 departments, and there will be 3 to 4 teams. Every team will work on its part of product development following Agile methodology. Some team members will work with the open-source part, others with the marketplace, and the last will deal with commercial development.
