  • Chilean data protection legislation, including the Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life 1999,
  • Colombian data protection legislation, including the Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 (October 17) Which Issues General Provisions for the Protection of Personal Data and the Decree 1377 of 2013 (June 27) Which Partially Regulates Law 1581 of 2012,
  • Mexican data protection legislation, including the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties as of 27 April 2010 and the Regulations to the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties,
  • Uruguayan data protection legislation, including the Law No. 18.331 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Habeas Data Action 2008, the Decree No. 414/009 Regulating Law 18.331 Relating to the Protection of Personal Data, and the Decree No. 64/020 on the Regulation of Articles 37-40 of Law No. 19.670 of 15 October 2018.

 

NOTE: We assume that in the course of our normal business activities, we may unintentionally receive, store, process, and transfer the personal data of individuals who are located in countries or regions not mentioned in this Policy. However, we guarantee for these people a level of personal data protection and security no lower than that required by the legislation of the aforementioned countries.

 

We want to provide you transparency and control over how your personal data is used. For the avoidance of doubt, here and below: the term “personal data” equals “personal information”; the term “transfer to” equals “share with” or “sell to”; the term “use” equals “process.”

LIMIT THE USE OF MY SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not collect any sensitive personal data, meaning data that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health, or data concerning sex life or sexual orientation. Nevertheless, to provide you with the highest quality of experience, we may collect some personal data that you may consider sensitive, such as geolocation.
