Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement an automated testing framework and strategy for the HRIS web application.
Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and load testing.
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline in collaboration with DevOps.
Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely
and meaningful feedback.
Identify, document, and track bugs, and ensure thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Develop and apply comprehensive testing processes for new and existing products.
Monitor test execution, analyze test results, and report on test coverage and quality metrics.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies, and continuously improve the testing process.
