Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and design specifications.
• Deep understanding of market and user needs.
• Work with engineering to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Document business and technical requirements, processes, and decisions using tools such as Confluence or similar.
• Create diagrams, flowcharts, and matrices to visualize and streamline information flow and decision paths.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, clarify ambiguities, and align stakeholders.
• Advise on scalable and efficient solutions that maximize business value from engineering investments.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the HRIS application’s technical architecture and existing implementations.
• Support the engineering team by providing clear and well-structured backlog items and user stories.
• Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed features and enhancements.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions based on business value and technical constraints.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and solutions.
