Responsibilities
- Active participation in the closing of administration positions (Accountants, Content Writers, IT Researchers, Account Managers, etc);
- Building relationships with candidates, keep in touch with potential candidates via e-mail, Skype, LinkedIn, etc.;
- Active Search: Linkedin, x-Ray, Boolean, etc.;
- Maintenance of candidate base;
- Market research, salary review.
Requirements
- You like searching and recruiting, have little experience, or completed courses.
- You know English at an В2 level.
- You are result-oriented— you know your achievements and want to achieve more.
- You are creative — you know how to write creative posts, look for non-standard solutions, and offer new ideas.
