Responsibilities
The role combines pre-sales and post-sales responsibilities in the European region. Initially, the candidate will support sales efforts by acting as a sales engineer, helping to configure and present the product to potential clients. Since there aren’t enough sales opportunities to make this a full-time role, the position also includes post-sales implementation consulting, ensuring the system is configured and operational based on customer needs.
To prepare candidates, GoTransverse starts them in a technical support role for 3–12 months, allowing them to learn the product while assisting customers. Some candidates with prior billing systems and configuration experience may ramp up faster. The hiring team is looking for candidates with strong technical and customer-facing skills, language proficiency, and the ability to work across different countries.
