Senior IT Recruiter

Creation of a strong network and pipeline of potential candidates.
Working closely as an Account Manager with clients to better understand their hiring needs, culture, and values.
Starting a project from scratch and building hiring processes.
Managing full-cycle recruitment processes: searching, interviewing, and selecting exceptional talent, keeping candidates in the loop at every stage, providing feedback, job offer negotiation, and closing technical vacancies.
Cooperation with the Alcor Team of IT Researchers.
Highlight issues during the hiring process, create an improvement action plan, and vacancy promotion on the IT market.

4+ years of IT recruiting experience in Ukraine.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Strong client focus with the ability to build effective sourcing strategies and trustful relationships, supporting them in executing ambitious growth plans.
Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms.
Privious experience in mentoring or managing a team.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
