Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close new client partnerships in the tech sector, especially in the U.S.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting product-based tech companies
- Leverage your existing network to generate warm introductions and early wins
- Partner with marketing to align lead generation efforts with outbound campaigns
- Represent Alcor at events, tech meetups, and networking opportunities (Bay Area-based or nearby)
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate pipeline information
- Provide feedback on client trends to help refine our go-to-market strategy
- Meet and exceed quarterly new business goals
Required Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on new client acquisition
- Experience in IT or EOR services, outsourcing, or staffing solutions, preferably in high-growth or B2B
- Proven track record of independently closing new business and consistently meeting goals/KPIS
- Prior engagement with U.S.-based tech clients, including startups and mid-market product companies
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication, negotiation, and building executive-level relationships
- Willingness and ability to participate in local industry events and networking activities on a regular basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High degree of self-direction, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Established network of decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Founders) in the tech industry
- Familiarity with global hiring models, remote team expansion, or R&D outsourcing
- Experience representing organizations at industry events or panels, as a speaker or thought leader
- Demonstrated success navigating complex sales cycles or consultative selling environments
