Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment processes with the team of Researchers;
- Creation of a strong network and pipeline of potential candidates in the labor market;
- Highlight issues during the hiring process, create an improvement action plan, and vacancy promotion on the IT market;
- Working closely as an Account Manager with clients to better understand their hiring needs, culture, and values;
What Is Important for Us?
- 2+ years of IT recruiting experience;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written);
- Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms;
- Experience in communication with clients, support of candidates at all stages of the recruitment process;
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits offerings among multinational companies;
- Knowledge of local platforms for sourcing IT specialists and experience using recruiting tools such as ATS.
Will Be a Plus:
- Completed recruiting courses;
- Practical sales experience — will be a big advantage.
