Responsibilities
- Conduct global market research to support client hiring strategy (LATAM, Eastern Europe, and other target regions);
- Analyze candidate availability, salary benchmarks, and labor market dynamics to create custom reports;
- Prepare anonymized (blind) CVs aligned with client requirements for pre-sales and early-stage discussions;
- Translate data into client-facing deliverables, including benchmarking decks, compensation snapshots, and location-based talent analyses;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Researchers, Recruiting Partners, Sourcing Leads, and Data Analysts to ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables;
- Maintain documentation and continuously improve templates and internal workflows for market research tasks.
What Is Important for Us?
- 2+ years in market research, HR analytics, recruitment operations, or consulting roles;
- Experience handling labor market data, compensation research, or sourcing benchmarks;
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Canva, or similar);
- Ability to communicate insights clearly in English, both in writing and in verbal discussions;
- Comfortable working independently across distributed teams and time zones;
- High attention to detail when compiling and presenting data to ensure accuracy and consistency;
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Will be a plus
- Experience preparing blind CVs, compensation reports, or similar external-facing documentation;
- Familiarity with global hiring trends, especially in technical recruitment across LATAM and Eastern Europe;
- Exposure to applicant tracking systems (e.g., Manatal) and collaborative project tools (e.g., Notion, Confluence, Jira).
