Responsibilities

  • Build and lead outbound lead generation process in-house (around 70% of your time).
  • Design outbound infrastructure, test new tools and channels, implement best practices.
  • Qualify and process inbound leads from multiple channels.
  • Managing leads through the sales pipeline (scheduling meetings between prospects and the sales team, preparing presentations & supporting materials for sales calls, following up on leads).
  • Use CRM to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align prospecting strategies with the company’s business objectives.
  • Be able to act as a consultant to represent expertise &  set up sales pitch desk whenever necessary.
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals.

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation, SDR, or BDR roles, with proven success in building outbound lead generation processes from scratch.
  • Hands-on experience in generating and qualifying B2B leads in international markets (US/EU).
  • Fluent/Advanced level of written and spoken English.
  • Confident user of CRM systems.
  • Result-oriented and focused on continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Effective communication skills, the ability to establish business relationships.
  • Collaborative nature and getting-things-done approach.
