Responsibilities
- Build and lead outbound lead generation process in-house (around 70% of your time).
- Design outbound infrastructure, test new tools and channels, implement best practices.
- Qualify and process inbound leads from multiple channels.
- Managing leads through the sales pipeline (scheduling meetings between prospects and the sales team, preparing presentations & supporting materials for sales calls, following up on leads).
- Use CRM to manage leads and sales activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align prospecting strategies with the company’s business objectives.
- Be able to act as a consultant to represent expertise & set up sales pitch desk whenever necessary.
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals.
Required skills
- 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation, SDR, or BDR roles, with proven success in building outbound lead generation processes from scratch.
- Hands-on experience in generating and qualifying B2B leads in international markets (US/EU).
- Fluent/Advanced level of written and spoken English.
- Confident user of CRM systems.
- Result-oriented and focused on continuous improvement and optimization.
- Effective communication skills, the ability to establish business relationships.
- Collaborative nature and getting-things-done approach.
