Responsibilities
- Legal support R&D centers of IT product companies.
- Draft and review a wide range of contracts, including IT services agreements, IP assignments, and NDAs.
- Shape policies and other important documents that will greatly impact Alcor’s legal entities.
- Research of legislation, legal & court practice of Ukraine, EU states, and the US.
- Communicate and negotiate with both local and international counterparties.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has a master’s degree (specialist) in law.
- Has at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Ukrainian commercial, tax, corporate, labor, intellectual property law, and GDPR.
- Has experience in drafting legal advice and contracts.
- English — not lower than Upper Intermediate (oral and written). Ukrainian — fluent.
- Attentive to detail, has critical and structured thinking.
