Responsibilities
- Active participation in the closing of IT positions;
- Building relationships with candidates, keep in touch with potential candidates via e-mail, Skype, LinkedIn, etc.;
- Active Search: ะฅ-Ray, Boolean, etc.;
- Reporting on the recruitment process: assistance in the preparation of weekly reports on vacancy status for the clients;
- Maintenance of candidate base;
- Market research.
Requirements
- Desire and motivation to develop in IT Sourcing;
- Completed course of IT Sourcing/Recruitingย orย minimal experience inย anย ITย Researcher position;
- English fromย Upperย โ intermediate (work inย anย international team);
- Negotiation skills and experience in working with objections;
- Knowledge of programming technology differences;
- Ability toย learn quickly, multitasking performance;
- Diligence, proactivity, and responsibility.
