Responsibilities

  • Active participation in the closing of IT positions;
  • Building relationships with candidates, keep in touch with potential candidates via e-mail, Skype, LinkedIn, etc.;
  • Active Search: ะฅ-Ray, Boolean, etc.;
  • Reporting on the recruitment process: assistance in the preparation of weekly reports on vacancy status for the clients;
  • Maintenance of candidate base;
  • Market research.

Requirements

  • Desire and motivation to develop in IT Sourcing;
  • Completed course of IT Sourcing/Recruitingย orย minimal experience inย anย ITย Researcher position;
  • English fromย Upperย โ€” intermediate (work inย anย international team);
  • Negotiation skills and experience in working with objections;
  • Knowledge of programming technology differences;
  • Ability toย learn quickly, multitasking performance;
  • Diligence, proactivity, and responsibility.
