Responsibilities
- Involvement in all areas of the finance department.
- Working with management reporting, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Cash Flow statements.
- Participation in tax planning and analysis, including corporate tax analysis in countries where the company operates or plans to expand.
- Support documentation and improve departmental processes and report preparation.
- Conducting economic analysis of divisions for different business models.
- Performing financial control functions over existing processes.
- Communicate and work with corporate bank accounts and their representatives.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, manual data reconciliation and monthly financial control over key financial indicators.
- Supporting financial analysis and management tasks as required.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Economics.
- Experience: 1-2 years in finance, preferably in the tech industry, financial consulting, or audit (Big 4 experience is a plus).
- Language: English at B1-B2 level (strong written and verbal communication skills)
- Technical skills:
- Understanding of accounting principles (accrual and cash basis).
- Experience working with financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow).
- Ability to analyze key financial indicators (Revenue, Cost of Sales, Gross Margin, Net Margin, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of managerial and financial accounting principles.
- Certifications: Passed basic ACCA exams (F1, F2, F3) is an advantage.
- Soft skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactivity and a high level of responsibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
