Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting trusted relationships with US and European portfolio of clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, representing their interests and ensuring top-tier service.
- Operational & Administrative support – coordinate hardware purchases and deliveries, back office support, and facilitate medical insurance provisions.
- Coordinating cross-department cooperation for solving client requests
- Participation in internal company activities (preparing pre-sale materials, budgets, presentations, letters, cooperation with 3rd party providers, etc.)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Customer-oriented, with the ability to identify and meet client needs, exceed expectations, and deliver WOW service.
- Advanced English proficiency for effective communication.
- Solid knowledge of local IT market policies, HR policies, and practices.
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate in work.
- Strong analytical skills –ย comfortable working with numbers, tables, and presentations.
- Fast learner, able to adapt to new information and handle non-regular requests.
