Sergiy Ovcharenko leads the internal Marketing & Sales department. With deep expertise in offshore development models, he advises technology startups and big product IT companies on business scaling opportunities in Eastern Europe and Latin America. Sergiy is also a co-founder and CEO of Huntly, a recruitment marketplace connecting tech recruiters with international product companies.
Sergiy graduated from the University of California in Berkeley with an LL.M. degree in Information Technology Law. He is a Board Member of Berkeley Global Society – a community of Berkeley Law School alumni.
