Responsibilities

Audio Data Processing: Collect and transform audio data from various sources into a standardized format, enabling further analysis and insights critical to combating fraud and abuse.
Real-Time Data Handling: Manage the real-time processing of large volumes of data, ensuring systems remain highly available and reliable during calls without delays or disruptions.
Fraud Detection Enhancement: Play a key role in supporting efforts to reduce fraud and abuse, restoring trust in phone communication by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of captured data.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other teams, particularly the science team, ensuring seamless integration of processed data into company-wide systems for further use and analysis.
System Reliability & Scalability: Anticipate company needs and contribute to designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and consistent processes to support the organization’s data-driven initiatives.

Data Storage & Integrity: Oversee the reliable storage of processed data to ensure continuity and prevent failures that could impact company operations.

Pindrop is a leading company specializing in protecting against voice fraud and providing voice authentication services, primarily used by major financial institutions. This technology is utilized by 8 out of 10 top US banks, helping call centers prevent fraudulent activities such as identity theft and voice scams, where fraudsters attempt to mimic real customers. The company is heavily research-based and is working on innovative products, including a new solution to be developed in Ukraine.
