Responsibilities
- Organize internal corporate events to increase the level of team engagement.
- Build an internal communication plan for the international team.
- Be responsible for the communication platform (Microsoft Teams).
- Create and implement a content plan for the company’s social media (Instagram).
- Inform employees about news and events in the company.
- Prepare materials for all activities (banners, survey forms).
- Contribute to the improvement of processes that determine employee experience.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience — from 2-3 years.
- At least Upper-Intermediate English level. We have colleagues who speak English only, so this is a must-have.
- Work experience with content in different formats: social media, emails, etc.
- Experience with editors to process photo/video content, knows internal communications tools.
- Creativity, attention to details, and ability to present information professionally.
- Work experience with an international team.
