Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting trusted relationships withย US and European portfolio ofย clients.
  • Operating asย the lead point ofย contact for all customer matters representing their interests and ensuring WOW service provision, including signing Agreements and discussing terms ofย cooperation, legal onboarding/ offboarding ofย contractors and employees, payroll administering, coordinating hardware purchase and delivery process, office/ coworking rental, medical insurance provision, preparing financial reports &ย budgets, ITย market overview.
  • Coordinating cross-department cooperation for solving client requests.
  • Participation inย internal company activities (preparing pre-sale materials, budgets, presentations, letters, cooperation with 3rd party providers, etc.)

Requirements

  • Has 1+ย years ofย experience (will beย aย plus inย positions such asย Client Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, orย others related toย cooperation with clients).
  • Customer-oriented. Able toย identify and effectively meet customer needs, exceed customer expectations, and provide WOW service.
  • Upper-Intermediateย level ofย written and spoken English.
  • Analytical mind and experience inย making calculations and data analytics inย Excel.
  • Quick learner. There will beย aย lot ofย new information and non-regular requests toย work with.
  • Result-oriented and striving for ongoing professional growth.
