Responsibilities
- Collaboration with Recruiters and Recruiter Partners to ensure effective and timely role closure;
- Full ownership of sourcing strategy and pipeline building from the start of each vacancy;
- Use of advanced sourcing techniques and automation tools to enhance search efficiency and quality;
- Personalized and data-driven outreach aimed at maximizing engagement and response rates.
What Is Important for Us?
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
- Fluent spoken and written English;
- Ability to create sourcing strategies and plan pipelines effectively;
- Knowledge of local platforms for sourcing IT specialists and experience using modern sourcing and automation tools;
- Understanding of the IT market, technologies, roles, and current trends;
- Proactivity, attention to detail, and structured approach to work.
Will be a plus
- Practical sales experience — will be a big advantage;
- Previous experience with foreign markets.
