Responsibilities
- Active participation in the closing of non-technical vacancies (marketing, accounting, legal departments, etc.);
- Take part in the full cycle of the recruitment process;
- Working with different markets — Ukraine, Europe, Latin America;
- Attracting and selecting candidates for open vacancies using all channels and recruitment tools;
- Collaborating with researchers for an effective candidate search;
- Building relationships with Hiring Managers (weekly sync-ups, preparation of presentations, and market analytics);
- Participating in the optimization of recruiting processes;
- Onboarding new colleagues.
Requirements:
- 2 years of recruiting experience (conducting competency-based interviews is a must);
- English — not lower than Upper-Intermediate;
- Understanding the full-cycle recruitment process;
- Skills in negotiation and working with objections;
- Experience of cooperation with Hiring Managers;
- Result-oriented — you know your achievements and want to achieve more;
- Creative — you know how to write creative posts, look for non-standard solutions, and offer new ideas.
