Gilda started her legal career at the Federal Court of Tax and Administrative Justice. After gaining in-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment contracts, and compliance frameworks, as well as practical experience in legal drafting and negotiations, she transitioned into the tech industry. Today, Gilda works as a Legal Adviser at Alcor, helping US tech companies with their compliant expansion into LATAM.
