- Full-time (FTE), on-site roles at the Mexico City office (Colonia del Valle).
- Working schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Your Journey to the Indie Campers Crew
We like to keep things simple, transparent, and human – just like our product. That’s why the whole hiring process typically takes about 3–4 weeks. Here’s how your interview journey with Indie Campers will look:
- Intro call – the first call held by our partner Alcor to learn more about you, your background, and what excites you about joining Indie Campers.
- Screening interview – conducted by our specialist Diogo to get to know you better, look at your experience, communication style, and what drives you.
- Technical interview – a one-hour session with senior engineers where you’ll discuss projects, tackle live problems, and show how you think and build.
- Final interview – a conversation with Rui (and possibly our Managing Director/CEO) to ensure we’re all aligned on vision, culture, and goals. For top finalists, this may take place in person at the Mexico City office.
How does communication work?
You’ll stay in touch through Slack Connect and email, and the entire process is coordinated via Calendly – no waiting in the dark. All updates are managed through Manatal (ATS), where you’ll have access to track your progress. You’ll also receive weekly reports every Monday summarizing the candidate pipeline, interviews, and next steps, plus weekly or biweekly 30-minute sync-up calls for feedback and alignment.
