- Manual Emphasis and Test Planning Expertise: As an End-to-End Merchant Integration Engineer, your role will primarily involve end-to-end (E2E) merchant integration processes, with a strong emphasis on manual testing, contributing to 90% of your daily responsibilities. Demonstrate proficiency in writing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and seamless integration of merchant solutions.
- Comprehensive Test Planning: Develop and execute detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases, ensuring the quality of client-facing products and E2E merchant integrations.
- Bug Identification and Tracking: Identify, record, document, and track bugs meticulously throughout the testing process, providing detailed documentation to support effective issue resolution.
- Agile Team Collaboration: Actively participate in agile teams, utilizing your manual testing expertise to support iterative development processes and E2E integration initiatives.
- Automated Test Collaboration: While your primary role is manual testing, collaborate with automated testing specialists to contribute 10% of your efforts to the development and maintenance of automated tests using tools such as Cypress, with a focus on E2E testing coverage.
- Issue Reproduction and Resolution: Assist in reproducing issues and collaborate with internal teams to provide resolutions and knowledge transfers, leveraging your manual testing skills.
