Paessler is a product tech company founded in 1997 with headquarters in Nuremberg, Germany. We develop solutions for businesses to monitor their complex IT, OT, and IoT infrastructures. Our platform is sold in over 170 countries and available in many different languages. Being on the market for more than 14 years, we have over 4,000 partners worldwide.

Paessler is a big company with more than 400 employees on board, while our engineering team consists of 145 people mainly based in Germany. Now we want to expand and look for talented developers in Romania who will help us build outstanding products.

How to get a job at Paessler?

The hiring process in our company is quick and not complicated. It consists of 2 stages. The first stage is an initial interview & technical screening with our Team and HR Managers. After this comes the technical interview stage. At Paessler, we prefer online coding sessions and pair programming to burdensome technical tasks. Usually, this part takes up to 2,5 hours.
